Zodiac is experiencing substantial growth as its cloud and embedded software solutions are increasingly deployed at leading MVPDs in North America and abroad. Zodiac鈥檚 founders sought capital and expertise to accelerate its expansion toward becoming a global, world-class independent software vendor. OEP brings to Zodiac a long track record of successfully partnering with and supporting founding entrepreneurs.
