, a middle market private equity firm (鈥淥EP鈥� or 鈥渢he Firm鈥�), today announced that it has completed the sale of (鈥淥RS Nasco鈥�), the Industrials business of the Industrials business of ** (鈥淥RS Medco鈥�). Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed

ORS Nasco is a leading North American wholesale distributor of industrial maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) products. ORS Nasco鈥檚 product offering includes safety supplies, hand tools, welding supplies and adhesive products, and also offers a range of value-add services to customers. ORS Nasco serves the industrial, safety, welding and construction end markets through strategically located distribution centers.

During OEP鈥檚 ownership, the Firm executed on several value creation initiatives to drive both EBITDA growth and margin expansion. These initiatives included hiring a purpose-built management team, strengthening the go-to-market strategy and customer value proposition, and realigning talent initiatives and employee incentive structures to drive commercial excellence.
