** **(鈥淥EP鈥�), a middle market private equity firm, today announced that it has completed the sale of its interest in Crayon Group Holdings SA (鈥淐rayon鈥� or 鈥渢he Company鈥�), a global leader in software asset management and cloud optimization.

Headquartered in Oslo, Norway, Crayon is value-added reseller for cloud and SaaS solutions, an IT infrastructure manager, and a consultancy firm. The Company is the fifth largest value-added reseller of Microsoft licenses globally.

Crayon has a presence in 46 countries and serves approximately 80,000 customers, ranging from SMBs to large global enterprises, including AWS, Google, Microsoft, Oracle and more. The Company has more than 4,000 employees worldwide.

During OEP鈥檚 investment period that began in August 2018, the Company closed on 7 acquisitions, and from 2019 鈥� 2023, Crayon grew gross profit and EBITDA by a CAGR of over 30%. In 2023, the Company reported NOK 5.7 billion of gross profit and NOK 919 of EBITDA. Furthermore, from January 2, 2019 to December 29, 2023, Crayon鈥檚 stock price increased by over 5x.
