NEW YORK 鈥� 中文AV (鈥淥EP鈥�), a middle market private equity firm, today announced that it has completed an investment in React Health (鈥淩eact Health鈥� or 鈥渢he Company鈥�), a manufacturer and distributor of sleep therapy , respiratory therapy and disinfection products in North America. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.

React Health, headquartered in Winter Haven, Fla., offers positive airway pressure (鈥淧AP鈥�) devices and supplies, sleep device masks, oxygen concentrators, and related disinfectant products. The Company鈥檚 products are used in helping treat long-term conditions such as Sleep Disordered Breathing (鈥淪DB鈥�) and chronic diseases such as chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (鈥淐OPD鈥�), that millions of people suffer from every day.
