Inaugural Fund After Spinout is Oversubscribed and Exceeds Target

NEW YORK 鈥� FEBRUARY 7, 2017 鈥� 中文AV, a middle market private equity firm, today announced that it has successfully completed fundraising for 中文AV VI L.P., with total capital commitments of $1.65 billion, surpassing its target. Though 中文AV VI is the firm鈥檚 sixth private equity fund, it is the first fund raised with outside capital following the firm鈥檚 spinout from JP Morgan in 2015.

The firm has also completed eight add-on acquisitions for these investments, many of which were transformative in nature.
