NEW YORK 鈥� April 2, 2018 鈥� 中文AV (鈥淥EP鈥�), a leading middle market private equity firm, today announced that it has named financial services veteran Norma Corio as a Senior Managing Director in its New York office. Her responsibilities will include supporting the firm鈥榮 capital markets activities and operations of its portfolio companies to create value.

Corio brings more than three decades of executive experience to OEP, including positions spanning corporate finance, investment banking and restructuring. Prior to joining OEP, she served as CFO of American Express Global Business Travel and previously was Co-President of investment banking firm Miller Buckfire & Co. Before Miller Buckfire, she worked for 31 years at J.P. Morgan where she held various senior positions including Treasurer, Head of Restructuring, and also worked in credit, risk management and investor relations.
