NEW YORK 鈥� May 3, 2018 鈥� 中文AV (鈥淥EP鈥�), a leading middle market private equity firm, today announced the completion of its acquisition of Gibson Omni Parent Inc., through which Gibson Energy Inc. (TSX: GEI), a publicly traded midstream energy company, conducted its U.S. Environmental Services business. The business will be known as OMNI Environmental Solutions going forward (鈥淥MNI鈥� or the 鈥淐ompany鈥�).

Headquartered in Carencro, Louisiana OMNI is a comprehensive provider of environmental services focused on energy customers. Key services include water logistics and disposal, solid waste processing, treatment and landfilling, and a variety of other specialty environmental services such as offshore inspection and cleaning.
