Acquisition Positions Market-Leading IT Solutions Business For Transformative Growth in Fragmented Market

NEW YORK 鈥� October 22, 2018 鈥� 中文AV (鈥淥EP鈥�), a leading middle market private equity firm, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Orion Business Innovation (鈥淥rion鈥� or 鈥渢he Company鈥�), a fast-growing global digital transformation firm. Financial terms of the private transaction were not disclosed.
