Anvil International Acquires Grinnell Grooved Mechanical products in North America from Johnson Controls

Acquisition Delivers Best Fire Product Package in the Industry

Exeter, N.H., (Aug 1, 2017) 鈥� Anvil International, a leading North American manufacturer and supplier of products that connect, hang and support piping systems has announced that it has acquired the Grinnell庐 Mechanical Product suite for the North American Mechanical business, including grooved couplings, fittings and valves, G-Press庐 Systems, technical services and the Anniston, Alabama foundry. Johnson Controls will retain the Grinnell Fire Suppression business globally.
